15% of the entire annual sales come from export. Italy still remains the main focus, but the expansion strategy plans to consolidate the presence in Mediterranean European countries and in parallel develop Eastern and Northern Europe.
Overseas sales network

The Spanish market is confirmed as one of the most important and strategic for Miniconf. This position is due to a solid, long-standing presence in the country, supported by a broad, capillary and well-structured distribution network, which allows us to efficiently reach the entire territory.

Prospective in Russia
The Russian market is the second most important. Throughout the national territory there are about 50 stores supplied by Sarabanda brand and about 80 stores by iDO brand. MinRus, the Russian branch, located in Moscow, has been operating since 2013. The branch distributes the brands on internal market, as well as is in charge of importation, documentation and credit management.

We have been in Suzhou, North of Shanghai, since 2002 with a representative office, a structure that fully supports the production activity. Among the staff there are ten quality inspectors that regularly check the suppliers’ productive areas. Our performances, in terms of quality and service are possible thanks to solid partnership with all our suppliers.

Strategic sourcing

Entrusting to out-house some of the process phase is the sourcing strategy constituent element. We hold each delegated activity’s expertise: we manage the production chain from up hill and down dale including the different markets resources of considerable experience. Responsibilities as “Production defence”, “logistic defence” and “quality defence” are inside the company in Ortignano.

PartnerLab is the commercial platform dedicated to trade clients and sales force. It allows, real time, to discover promo and services, refer to news, collections, catalogues, visualise the prices list and the sell in/out data, check all the orders made both online and sales campaign and manage the executive information. Via PartnerLab is even possible to integrate at any time the seasonal order through new selections in order to satisfy the market requests. Agents, store and area managers can support the trade in the shop management and calculate the sell-out statistics and percentages, register sales, returned and items transfers by barcode.
